I have over 15 years’ experience working with microarrays including working with NGS and microarrays in the quality accredited services laboratory. Here, I delivered fast turnaround on service projects ranging from 1 to 1000s of samples for whole exome sequencing, aCGH analysis and gene expression arrays. In my current role as European FAS my aim is to deliver a high level of customer support for OGT microarray and NGS products to new customers as well as on-going training and troubleshooting for existing customers.
