I have over 10 years’ experience as a Field Application Specialist supporting mostly array and NGS customers. I am an avid promoter for technical support. I have in the past supported research customers for products like sequence capture, sequencing, arrays and NGS library preparation. I will always strive to support customers from first decision making, finding the right product through to full implementation.
