For the past 15 years I had the pleasure of working in a clinical laboratory setting as a certified cytogenetic technologist and FISH Coordinator. This role provided me with extensive experience in the validation of new probes, analysis of quality control issues, monitoring of daily processes, and troubleshooting problems with constitutional, hematological and FFPE samples. I gained a thorough understanding of the specific challenges that our customers can face on a daily basis. As a Field Application Scientist for OGT, I am able to apply this insight to help optimize our customers’ high-quality FISH results and enhance their satisfaction with CytoCell^® products through every interaction.
