Spotlight on: Microdeletion and Prenatal FISH Probes
With the largest portfolio of constitutional FISH probes, the Cytocell range from OGT provides tight, bright signals to give you confidence in your sample analysis.
Microdeletion Testing - FISH can identify submicroscopic deletions not easily visualised with standard cytogenetic techniques such as karyotyping. The OGT range of Cytocell FISH probes for microdeletion testing includes DiGeorge, Prader-Willi and Angelman syndromes.
Prenatal Screening - Our Prenatal kits contain fluorescent probes for easy identification of trisomies 21, 18 and 13, as well as sex chromosome aneuploidies. Cytocell FAST prenatal FISH probes follow a 2-hour hybridisation protocol to meet the demands of urgent turnaround times, without compromising on signal quality.
