We're ready when you are...
There is light at the end of the tunnel. At some point, the pandemic will end. At OGT, like everywhere else, we are making plans for when things start to return to a ‘new normal’. Rebuilding rather than resuming our working and personal lives.
Find out more about how our FAS team have been helping some of you during the lockdown period.
Don’t forget, during this period of continued travel restrictions, we are still able to offer you:
• Webex sessions, for both lab related issues and software advice and training
• One-to-one support over the phone
• Help and advice via email
At OGT we're here to help
Reliably detect PTDs and translocations in a single NGS assay
Under the Microscope interview
Take a look at our latest edition of Under the Microscope where we spoke to experienced FISH technologist, Carmen Vokaty, Assistant-Chief Medical Technologist in Cytogenetics at the McGill University Health Centre, about how her lab incorporated OGT’s Cytocell® Tissue Pretreatment kit into its workflow after struggling with a homebrew solution.
A new NGS assay for detecting ID / DD aberrations
Presented at the ACMG Digital 2020 meeting, this poster demonstrates the transformative capability of CytoSure™ Constitutional NGS for analysing genetic aberrations, including CNVs, SNVs, Indels and LOH, in intellectual disability and developmental delay samples.
Online access to over 2000 custom myProbes® - now available
OGT recently celebrated the milestone of having created 2,000 custom myProbes projects in collaboration with our valued FISH customers. As a result, we are now providing online access of Cytocell’s custom myProbes projects on our website. Please take a few moments to visit this new page on our website and decide if any of our current custom probes fit the future research planned in your FISH laboratory.
