Our Marketing Communications Managers are creative, organised and meticulous individuals who are passionate about creating and delivering marketing activities to support our sales team and help drive revenue growth in North America.

You’ll work for our Senior Marketing Communications Manager, and have the chance to showcase your talents in marketing communications across our product portfolio as well as project managing conference/events across North America.  

If you love to travel, then there will be some opportunities to do so, as we reconnect with our customers in person at conferences and trade shows in 2022 and beyond.


What we’re looking for in you:

  • A BSc degree or equivalent as a minimum, up to PhD in Biological Sciences
  • Experience of Sales or Marketing within the Life Sciences industry with knowledge of OGT’s product portfolio is highly desirable
  • Commercial project management experience with proven success completing and delivering projects to specific deadlines involving key stakeholders at each stage
  • Exceptional attention to detail with very good organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clarity in communication when interacting with a range of audiences at different scientific levels
  • Adaptability and high levels of motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Goal driven and able to adhere to strict deadlines within a regulatory framework.


What you’ll be doing for us:

  • Developing and implement marketing campaigns, projects and materials to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Writing compelling and engaging marketing copy which is aligned with OGT’s new brand messaging and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring accurate profiling of contacts and account analysis to ensure delivery of relevant marketing activities
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team evaluating campaign effectiveness
  • Leading, managing and sometimes attending OGT’s trade shows and events, ensuring thorough discussion, planning, execution and effective follow up
  • Partnering cross-functionally with your colleagues at OGT to create customer-centric marketing materials, and externally with design and production agencies to ensure accurate, high-quality work
  • Of course, there’s always some admin to do (but we’ll keep it light). It will include budget management, maintaining our CRM database, and keeping up-to-date with what the competition is doing.
